The department is committed to providing outstanding service to the people of the state of Mississippi and to the Medical Center's faculty, staff and students. The Department of Preventive Medicine is comprised of three divisions: Biostatistics, Epidemiology and Genetics. Each of these disciplines has a vital role both within the Medical Center and throughout the health care field. The department offers a combined biostatistics/epidemiology
M.S. degree and the Ph.D. degree in biostatistics and epidemiology. |
